Hilary Duff, a symbol of the early 2000s, recently admitted that she has been completely changed by some new documentaries that have given her a whole new perspective on childhood fame. From the main character of Lizzie McGuire, her music and movie career, by means of which she was made a star, she was famous almost all her life, but now that she is looking back at those times, she is seriously wondering what it was like under the public glare. It really excites me to see how her attitude is different now, and in fact, it is making her re-evaluate her past from a completely new point of view.

At the Time100 Summit event, the multi-talented star shared that she ended up in tears after watching documentaries like Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV and Framing Britney Spears.”That was
a long time ago, but an out-of-body experience, ” she explained. “Actually, I get really

Hilary Duff Says She Is ‘Thankful’ When She Looks Back at Her Childhood Fame

Hilary Duff shared that revisiting the early 2000s when she was a child star, by way of watching the documentaries Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV and Framing Britney Spears, was quite an emotional experience for her. Both movies have revealed the most hidden and painful aspects of being a kid growing up before a public audience.

Duff acknowledged that many young stars suffered through very painful experiences, but for her, unfailing emotional trauma was not part of the package. “I actually feel very lucky that I wasn’t really put in so many situations that ended up being very damaging to me, ” she revealed.

The star also mentioned that she got her start so early in age that, in effect, she has been working as an adult since she was 9 years old. On one hand, it was not the kind of childhood where one could have the greatest fun like ordinary kids do, however, on the other hand, it gave the star a lot of priceless and memorable moments.

She talks about the effort and dedication

Balancing sacrifice with opportunities is what led Hilary Duff to fame and she thinks about it when she talks of her transformation from “a scrubby kid from Texas” to a worldwide star.

Although she gave credit to luck as a factor in her becoming a star, Duff stressed the fact that even luck needs hard work. She mentioned that physically she has been working in professional environments since she was a child 9 years old and she continues to work today. “I had to be able to hold my own in a room full of adults constantly, ” she said. She also told her fans that despite being sick or tired she was expected to stay professional at all times.

Such circumstances on the one hand demanded discipline and resilience and on the other hand gave her a definition. “It’s taught me very much and it’s totally made me who I am, and I love that person, ” Duff conveyed.
