Kendall Jenner has decided to clarify and shut down the rumors that she might be a lesbian in the closet.
During the Jan 9th installation of In Your Dreams podcast, the 30-year-old supermodel face and dealt with the stubborn rumor that keeps on spreading over the internet.
“There’s this other part of the internet that is convinced that I’m a lesbian,” Jenner said in conversation with Owen Thiele. She broke down how the topic has been a source of irritation for her, “You want to know what really bugs me? How mean people are about it. It’s not, like, a welcoming gesture of, ‘Hey, if you were, yes, come join us.’ It is not kind. It is very mean, it is very like, ‘What the f—- are you doing?’”

Kendall Jenner has said she would have no problem telling people if she was gay even though she doesn’t currently identify as such.
“I get that when people come out, it isn’t easy for anyone,” The Kardashians star took a moment to explain her thoughts on the In Your Dreams podcast. “But if I were to think about it from my own perspective, honestly, I think I would be out now if I was… I would be totally fine with that.”
Jenner even denied to some extent the idea of her being a ‘professional closeted person.’ “I think people go off and make up this narrative that I’m hiding something… I’ve seen really messed up stuff where people say, ‘It’s bad for business,’ and I’m like, ‘What? How?’ I just don’t get it.”
In the end, she said, “Anyway, as far as today goes, I’m not. I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life.”

Kendall Jenner’s desire to keep her life private has always been a conscious decision that she has stuck to. In 2021, at the time when Keeping Up with the Kardashians was still airing, Farnaz Farjam, the executive producer of the show, shared that Jenner had a “one-year rule” about her partners going on the show.
“Kendall has always had this rule — she thought that in order to let her partner be a part of the show, they should first be together for at least a year because she doesn’t always know what people’s intentions are,” Farjam said. “That’s how we just kind of kept Kendall’s personal life out of the story.”
Jenner also expressed a similar thought during an interview with Vogue Australia in 2019, suggesting that she sees her private life as “sacred.” She said, “I really feel that whenever you bring stuff out in the public, everything gets so much more complicated.”
