Heidi Klum makes a rare comment on the former husband Seal’s physical features
Heidi Defends Ex-Husband Seal Over Lupus Scars
Heidi Klum recently shared her perspective on her marriage with Seal and how she saw her ex-husband’s “beautiful” look in a very rare comment about him. The supermodel is the one who talked about the criticism that Seal’s skin had to endure in an interview.”
“Back when I was married to him, [people] would ask, ‘How can he have this ugly skin?’ “Actually, he has lupus, and quite frankly, to me he looks beautiful,” she said exclusively to Us Weekly. “You can’t please everyone. Not everyone will like how you look. But it is important that you look in the mirror and say to yourself, “I like the way I look,” she said. “I found my niche, and I’m happy with it.”
Seal was 21 when he was diagnosed with lupus and had to battle discoid lupus, one of the forms of the disease, which, as he revealed, among other things, leaves the skin of the patient scarred in the shape of coins.
He also shared that although he “felt self-conscious about the scars,” he “soon realized that this body is not who we are. I got off lightly.”

Heidi Klum and Seal Are Committed to Co-Parenting Their Kids
The German model married the “Kiss from a Rose” singer in 2005 and divorced in 2014. They have four children, including Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou. Heidi is now married to the German guitarist Tom Kaulitz, but she remains in contact with her ex-husband. Both parents are determined to jointly bring up their children.
Seal even discussed this collaboration in an interview. “It can be challenging. It requires teamwork. If you are a team, if both parents are a team, then it is really easy, and that’s not a real challenge at all,” said the musician to Us Weekly in 2021.
“But you have to be a team. And if you’re not a team, then it can all fall to pieces.”
Heidi’s Marriage to Tom Kaulitz
The model and Tom Kaulitz, who got married in 2019, have a 16-year age gap, which has been a topic of discussion many times. “When our door closes at home, I don’t feel so thrilled about what is going on around us,” said Heidi in an interview with People. “I learned a lot from my husband that I did not know I had to learn.”
“I am 50 and not 20 anymore. I am not a lost girl who does not understand anything; I know who I am. Time will not stop for my Tom, and he will not catch up with me, and I will always be 16 years older, and I accept that,” Heidi said in an interview with Glamour Germany.
“Perhaps, in 10 years, it will be a problem for me, and he may not want to be with me,” Heidi added. “In 20 years, I will be 70, which I also plan to take into account in the future. Usually, I am looking into the future, but with my Tom, I live in the present.”
