Scarlett Moffatt has confirmed that her grandad has passed away after she shared the devastating news of her fiancé Scott Dobinson’s mother, Janice’s, death, following their loss this week. She said that she was ‘so upset’ that Janice would not be there to meet their second son. This week has been challenging for the young couple as they mourn the loss of Janice and, unfortunately, the news that their grandad passed away. However, for Scott and Scarlett, the couple has a reason to rejoice as they prepare to have their second child.
After her last scan, the TV star said, ‘In the middle of such a heartbreaking week, we went to see our little boy today.

Moffatt Says She’s ‘Born to Be a Boy Mum’
In May, one of the stars revealed that they are expecting another boy and that, according to her, she was ‘born to be a boy mum.’
She said to The Mirror, ‘My whole family and friends knew I wanted another boy.
‘Of course, it would’ve been lovely to have a girl; a healthy baby is what I wanted, but I really wanted a boy to give Jude a brother.
And I’m just so delighted for him. He’s going to have somebody to share his life with now, isn’t he? The TV personality posted the happy news on Instagram with a sweet video of how excited she was while showing off the scan picture to her husband Scott and their son Jude.
She wrote, captioning the post, ‘We can’t believe we’re writing this… Following everything, we feel immeasurably lucky to be able to say … our family is expanding. One small miracle brought Jude into our care, and he’s about to become a big brother, which we know means he’ll be the most wonderful big brother in the world.

Scarlett Reflects on Fertility Journey
In April, the proud mom uploaded a photo of all three of them together on her Instagram page, as mom and daughter flaunted a pretty, stylish print co-ord and posed proudly with her stomach.
Scarlett captioned the post with a poll, asking fans to guess whether the new arrival was a boy or a girl, as she revealed where her bump had appeared.
She added, “My bump is very high, as I have started showing from around 14 weeks. I had cravings for grated cheese, cheese toasties, cheese scones lol (did I mention cheese ha?).

Scarlett called it ‘hell’ as she revealed that she had struggled with lots of nasty pregnancy symptoms, including taking part in jobs, being sick, getting hot flushes, and having migraines, while sending a selfie of herself in bed, looking not so good.
‘Also, for those lovely ones saying I’m glowing, let me tell you the first trimester was HELL lol,’ she wrote to her followers.
