According to the lawsuit, five young children have filed accusations against Elon Musk’s father relating to sexual abuse.

New Allegations Against Errol Musk

Father of Elon Musk, Errol Musk, is slapped with fresh allegations of sexual abuse. It is reported in a Sept. 23 article of the New York Times that in a statement of five children and stepchildren, Errol is accused of sexually abusing them in both California and South Africa. The news outlet points at police and court records, interviews with relatives, and social workers as the sources of the information.
On Sept. 23, in a response to The Times, Errol, 79, categorically denied the accusations and defined the reports as “untrue and the very extreme cases of nonsense.”

Allegations Dating Back Decades

One of the documents points out that the first event had allegedly happened in 1993. As a result, Errol Musk’s then-4-year-old stepdaughter, Jana Bezuidenhout, was supposed to have informed relatives that he had touched her. Ten years later, she reportedly caught Errol with his nose in her dirty panties, as she told the New York Times, by which account she gathered this information.
Several years on, Errol verified that he and Jana had secretly produced a child together, long after his separation from her mother, Heide Bezuidenhout, in 2004.
To say the least, Errol, 79, is the father of at least nine biological children and one set of twins he adopted. Maye Haldeman (Elon’s mother), Heide, Sue Musk, and Errol formed the four Musk family of whom Errol was married to two of them besides Maye.

Multiple Investigations

The New York Times reports that, in addition, Errol has been accused by family members of abusing two daughters as well as a stepson. In the year 2023, after the social worker and relatives intervention following the allegation of groping by Errol made by his then–5-year-old son, the authorities were contacted.
The police and court documentation that the media has seen confirm that the three separate investigations were initiated. However, only two of them had gone as far as the closure of the inquiries, and the third one’s status is still unknown. No charges have been brought against Errol Musk.

Errol Musk’s Response

Besides refusing the abuse charges, Errol in a reply to the New York Times, claimed that the accusations were made up by relatives who wanted to get money from Elon Musk and blamed them for “putting the children up to say false things.”
Moreover, in a text to the publication, he said that he knew about only one instance of abuse. Nevertheless, the Times reported that in the same letter, he “provided accounts of the situations for two more.”

Elon Musk’s Silence

Well, the Tesla and SpaceX founder, Elon, hasn’t said anything publicly in regard to the allegations against his father.
On the other hand, Errol spoke to the New York Times stating that he and his son have a great relationship and “are very close.” That assertion goes along with his past disapproval of Elon’s upbringing. In a February interview on the Wide Awake podcast, Errol commented, “He hasn’t been a good dad. They were excessively wealthy, too many nannies. Then he went on to have five children with the same woman, five sons all raised. Each one had its own nanny.”
