It appears the fans of Gotham City will have to wait for a new chapter in Matt Reeves Batman’ saga. The sequel to Batman which was earlier expected to be released on October 2nd 2026 will now be postponed until 2027 clocks in. The dates were last Friday confirmed by Warner Bros, hence it has been confirmed that the superhero film has been rescheduled by exactly a year on one occasion life altering for the fans waiting for it. The franchise will have its launch in IMAX, something that will make fans more thrilled to imagine the blockbuster coming their way. This delay in the release of The Batman 2 has given a great opportunity for film directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu and starring Tom Cruise.
