Kroy Biermann Files for Divorce From Kim Zolciak Again

Following a period of months filled with highs and lows, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have finally set a date for their subsequent divorce trial. On November 5 and 6, 2024, the troubled couple will appear before the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta.

Before having to go through with their divorce in November, Zolciak, who is 46 years old, and Biermann, who is 38 years old, have until September 25 to settle via mediation.

Beginning with our original revelation in May 2023 that Zolciak and Biermann had decided to end their marriage after over 12 years of marriage, the couple has been going through a difficult time since then.

During that period, TMZ was able to get court documents that showed Zolciak had characterized her marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” Following the withdrawal of the first divorce petition in July 2023, Biermann submitted a second petition for divorce in August, which was just one month after the initial petition.

In September of 2023, we received documents that revealed Zolciak had sought to reject her husband’s second divorce application. She cited their recent sexual encounters at the time as evidence that his first allegations, which said that their marriage was “irretrievably broken,” were not true.

Zolciak said in the filings that she and Biermann had “engaged in marital sexual relations on multiple occasions since the filing of the divorce petition,” and that the “most recent” time that they had a sexual encounter was on September 7 of that year.

They gave signals that they were back together in November when the former Real Housewives of Atlanta actress returned to using her married name on Instagram. This was among the many indications that they were back together. It was once known as @kimzbiermann, but she has now changed it to @kimzolciakbiermann.
