Jessie James Decker plans to reduce her breast implant size after three years

Jessie James Decker is revealing that she wants to make a further change to her look.

It has been three years since the singer, who is also part of the band, got breast implants. She revealed on social media that she has “officially decided to downsize” her “400plus” cc implants.

“I don’t know the time and place yet, but I am ready, ” she said on Instagram Stories on May 13. “They have been a fun ride so to speak and I, of course, won’t ever have small ones by any means. But the more in shape I’m getting, the more they just become annoying and it’s obvious to me how big they are for my body.”

Jessie made the decision to have larger implants when she went under the knife in 2021. At the same time, she quipped that she was “finally ready to go big or go home.”

Jessie James Decker went in-depth about her choice to get smaller breast implants after she once preferred bigger ones.

“I’ve had breast reduction and lift couple years ago when they were down to my belly button, ” Jessie shared on Instagram. “But since I have very elastic skin and also not loving the size it made me decide.”

Besides being a singer, Jessie is a mother of four: Vivianne Rose, 12, Eric “Bubby” Thomas II, 10, Forrest Bradley, 8, and Denver Calloway, 2. She told that after giving birth she wanted the breasts she had before the reception of the kids.

“They used to be so big and perky before kids and I really desired them again … plus a little extra, ” she concluded, mentioning that plastic surgery “is not for everybody but definitely was for me!”

Nevertheless, Jessie started to finalize the size of her implants after she got pregnant with Denver, the youngest.

Jessie James Decker confessed that she might have chosen a different size of breast implants if she had known at that time that she was going to have a baby.

“If I had known that we were going to have another child, I wouldn’t have picked such a large size, ” she said on a 2023 Instagram Story. “Besides, when I’m pregnant, they get huge. Like, they quadruple in size. Need a reduction, for sure, in the future.”

Besides her singing career, fitness has become a very big part of her life lately. In fact, she has seen such a transformation in her body that it has even affected her self-image.

“Getting older, I actually like my appearance now better than at 23, ” she remarked to *Us Weekly* in March 2025. “I like the look of being toned, muscular and really strong.”
