Stephanie Waring Talks About Her Fitness

Stephanie Waring is having a fitness chat after experiencing early menopause at a very young age. Steph,​‍​‌‍​‍‌ an ex-actress from Hollyoaks, 48 years old now, has spoken many times about having an eating disorder in the past, which started for her at just 10 years old, and then she carried it through her adolescence with an exercise regime that was definitely not helpful.
In the last six years, following up on her healthy eating recovery, Steph opened up about her physical and emotional growth while posting workouts on her Instagram profile as a way for followers to embrace a positive body ​‍​‌‍​‍‌image.

Stephanie Waring has disclosed that following years of problems, she has created a much healthier food and body connection, and she is now taking up physical activity to improve physical and mental health, and she was very kind and willing to give us an insight into the ways she managed to get her strength back after having an early menopause.
Stephanie, who played Cindy Cunning in a TV series over two decades from 1996 to 2026, was candid and admitted at the very start of her fitness journey she did months of heavy lifting and eating like there’s no ​‍​‌‍​‍‌tomorrow.

Motivated, Stephanie Waring advised women to pursue fitness regardless of menopause. She mentioned she re-muscled herself by staying consistent and putting in serious effort at the gym using strength training. Through a conversation, she also said she had gone on a weightlifting regimen for nearly seven months during that period, eating without guilt whatever she ​‍​‌‍​‍‌fancied. The changes were evident on her.

The actress also pointed out that women going through change should aim to develop muscle as a way to maintain their physical strength and bone health. In addition she added that she had been making the most of yoga, combining it with weightlifting to get the best out of each workout without getting too bored and also to help with relaxation.

Stephanie Waring Admits That She Found Food As A Friend!

The first time Stephanie Waring talked about food was after a long time of struggling; that was when she had adopted an eating pattern of restriction, and now she has a healthy approach of changing her eating and lifestyle habits. Stephanie Waring said she stopped “denying” herself and kept records as a means of food tracking. She then realized that she must be adequately fed and have a healthful regimen that will give vitality to her body through nutrient-balanced meals.

Hollyoaks old-timer, on social media, mainly Instagram, published a photograph of her meal, including chicken and mushroom burgers along with salads. The post came with the caption that giving herself more variety in her food has enabled her to be healthier and stronger.

Stephanie Waring said that the idea of having a body foreign to her own made her feel very dirty and repulsed, so she actually decided to get rid of all foreign body stuff. Yet, it was only after she was in the perimenopausal stage at 43 and had menopause at the age of 45 that she decided to make the removal.
Closing the conversation, Stephanie said she was just lucky the implants kept their condition well and none of the factors were involved. She strongly stated that it was only her decision, and she wanted people who were going through something similar to her body issue to know that if they needed support from someone else’s experience, hers could be a comfort at the very ​‍​‌‍​‍‌least.

Stephanie Waring Calls Implant Removal Her “New Life” Surgery


In an interview, Stephanie Waring explained that her decision to remove her breast implants was one she made after she went through menopause at a time different from most other people. It is this situation that made her feel that she is “doing the battle with her body. A former Hollyoaks actress, Stephanie, expressed her view that the rest of her body needed a break, and she called it a “new life” kind of surgery. She also informed me that after surgery and going through the recovery process of about six weeks at home, she is fine, and she wants to reveal her story more when it’s the perfect moment.
The mother of two lovely girls, Mia, 20, and Lexi, 15, Stephanie was interviewed about why she decided to get implants after she had her youngest daughter and how she felt the operation was a way of restoring her ​‍​‌‍​‍‌self-esteem.
