According to NBC4, Gene Simmons was behind the wheel of his SUV, etching a ‘carew[is] across several lanes of traffic’ incident by hitting a car that was parked. Shannon Tweed, 68 years old, informed the media that he is recuperating at home and that his doctors have altered his medication recently. The KISS Army Storms Vegas event lands in downtown Las Vegas from November 14 to November 16, with a trio of nights featuring an “unmasked” Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer, and special guests.
According to a press release, what fans will get is intimate Q&A sessions with band members, a panel with longtime manager Doc McGhee, a special live performance from former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick, sets from KISS tribute bands, interactive activities, exclusive experiences, and more.
Besides the above, there are more things on the program such as KISS karaoke, KISS trivia, artist meet‑and‑greets, and a KISS look‑alike contest.

After crash news, Simmons doubles down on money comments from recent interview

Simmons was also recently in the spotlight for an open discussion with Ultimate Classic Rock about money and why he likes being rich, after he was criticized for a $12,000-plus personal assistant package for his upcoming tour. “Nothing I ever did was to just become powerful and make a lot of money, for survival. Money really only does one thing and that is giving you the freedom to do stuff you actually like,” he said, sharing that his mother was a Nazi concentration camp survivor before she was working six days a week at a “sweat factory.”
He went on, “It is really better to be rich than poor, that’s the truth. And if you are an unhappy bastard it is still better to be a rich, unhappy bastard. That’s all I ever tried to do.”
