Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s Hidden Hills Property Goes Under Contract with a $14.9M Price Tag
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are moving on after their separation following 27 years of marriage. As a result, they have sold their house in Los Angeles. According to Zillow, the home is in the process of being sold for $14.9 million, which is confirmed by several news outlets that have looked at the records.
Located in Hidden Hills, the opulent estate of almost 12,000 square feet has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. In addition, it boasts a pool, fire pit, home gym, several balconies, bocce court, large closets, and a wine cellar.

From Listing to Contract While Split
The big house, the acquisition of which was made in 2020 just a couple of days after their prison sentences for the college admissions scandal, was put up for sale in February with a price of $16.5 million. Currently, it is under contract, as E! News has contacted the representatives for a comment. Loughlin’s representative, Elizabeth Much, confirmed on October 2 that the Full House alum and the fashion designer, the parents of Bella, 27, and Olivia Jade, 26, are separated.
After the divorce, Lori Loughlin looked back at the notion of resilience while she was having some quality family time overseas.
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli were in Sardinia, Italy, with their daughters—and Olivia’s boyfriend, Jacob Elordi—in September 2024, long before their split. In a somewhat similar occasion, Lori made a statement regarding her experience of serving two months in jail following her guilty plea in the college admissions scandal. “I am a kind person and I am also strong,” she commented to First for Women in April 2024. “I am also an open person—open to life, open to experiences. And I am very thankful… strong, thankful, open, and kind.” While she has gone most of the way with keeping her personal life under wraps, Lori has mentioned that her acting career has been her great teacher in times of trouble.

Lori Loughlin conveys her survival strategy which includes sticking to it, keeping a good attitude, and forgiving, after she endured her public downfall.
Lori considered that being rejected is a part of the job: “As a performer, I get ‘no’ a lot, so I just have to be myself, keep my head up, and not let the negativity in. My advice is to keep on going. Everybody has their ups and downs… you just have to lift yourself. No one said life was going to be easy. There is beauty in life, but there is also suffering.”
The When Calls the Heart alum further explained, “I always try to forgive. I’m not the type of person who keeps things. Things happen to everyone. We have all been in the position of asking for forgiveness—but to be able to ask for it, you have to learn and know how to give it, too.”
