On Aug. 21, People reported that Brittany Cartwright is seeing someone new after her divorce from Jax Taylor, her costar Kristen Doute told the publication. The Vanderpump Rules alum and Taylor share a son, Cruz, who is 4 years old.
“She has a really awesome person in her life that I love,” said Doute. “During her time apart from her ex-husband, she has dated several people and I have not approved of them. They’ve been okay but not great. This person is quite nice and very cool. Very family-feeling,” she added.
The new relationship of Cartwright is her turning point as she moves on with single life and co-parenting.

One year after Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor divorced, Cartwright has a new boyfriend. Kristen Doute, The Valley costar, confirmed this information to People on Aug. 21.The Vanderpump Rules alum is co-parenting with Taylor to their son, Cruz, who is 4 years old.
Being parents herself to a new partner made the bond between them so natural, as mentioned by Doute, 42. “He is a father, so it is very easy for us,” she told People. “Much easier and more understandable.”
Doute, when asked if the couple is very serious, responding, “We’ll see.” She also described the new man as “a very nice and very cool” person and the relationship as having a cozy family vibe. Doute refused to mention his name.
