MAFS UK’s Holly Ditchfield Loses Twin Boys Georgie and Marley
MAFS UK star Holly Ditchfield has told the public that her twin boys, who arrived early, have unfortunately passed away mere nine days after delivering them.
Reality show star, 31 years old, who was just a 23-week mother, said the boys died within a few hours of each other. Georgie and Marley, her prematurely born babies, arrived on August 26. They were only 1 lb 1 oz and 1 lb 2 oz, respectively.
Georgie passed away on Thursday at 1 pm, and Marley passed away at 5 am the next day. Both were still with the parent, Holly, and her partner, Aaron Summers, at the time. In a post that was really heart-touching, Holly expressed, “Our beautiful boys, Georgie & Marley, have gone.” Our lives have been the hardest but heart-wrenching the last nine days.
‘1 pm on 2026/09/03 was the time Georgie, our darling, passed away peacefully. His beautiful brother followed him at 5 a.m. the next night, 2026/09/04.

My boys both took their last, lingering breaths in the arms of me and their daddy. There is no other experience that compares, in its magnitude and its depth, with the holding of our children the moment they die.
They gave us a gift so precious; our lives changed in a way that will only ever get better if they are with us. A week that I would go through again and again just to know the sweetness of their touch, the sight of them, and the time I can tell them how special they are. My boys are with each other now, reunited just as they deserved, and I pray wholeheartedly that they have finally found peace after all.
No one on earth could have ever prepared you for the loss of your children. No one is ever prepared for you having to carry your babies, your children, away from you into a cold, white room of a mortuary to have them buried. We’ve struggled through so much in these 9 days that it has been far beyond what I ever expected, and now I am just totally broken by grief. I can feel my whole body changing, but I cannot yet find the words to explain it.
A part of me feels like it is missing, because a big part is left with my boys—really, a significant part of me. Their absence feels so profound that words simply can no longer come out and convey how much I miss my boys!

Georgie & Marley, your brief stay in our lives has been so precious. ‘You will live in our souls till the end of our time, as sons, as our little ones, and as the big love of our lives.

Holly Ditchfield Loses Twin Boys Born 23 Weeks After 9 Days in NICU
Holly Ditchfield, who was on the show back in early 2024, gave birth to her Twin boys through Aaron at 23 weeks just before the infants were hospitalized at a neonatal intensive care unit.
Reflecting on her childbirth experience, she said at the time, “The past 48 hours have turned out to be amongst the most dreadful, hallucinating, and heartbreaking times in our lives.” It was very unexpected when our lovely pair of boys, Georgie & Marley Summers, came out of the womb at only 23 weeks + 5 days.
“Though these tiny boys may be extremely small in size, they have already surprised us that in some extraordinary ways they are quite robust. Both are recovering well and giving extremely positive responses to the treatment and care they are receiving in the NICU.
“We would be very grateful if Aaron and I could express our heartfelt gratitude towards the care team for all their wonderful effort and support to us. This is not only limited to the care during the arrival of the boys but also to the period before their arrival.
“There were times when I was baselessly put into the position without basis” (holding back tears), she explained. “I was so disoriented and felt lost when I had to be ready for two newborns at 23 weeks. However, it is the help, understanding, and persistent encouragement that the amazing teams around us extended to us that have brought us through,” she said.

The thought that during my C-section, and for sure at their birth, they will protect me and give our boys every possible chance was one of the greatest assurances that gave us strength. That, above anything else, was our motivation.
I also want to thank everyone, especially the media, who have taken my statements in good spirit. In the last few days, however, I have not really been able to communicate publicly for many reasons, one of them being that I wanted to get to such a fit, healthy condition that I would be able to safely deliver the boys and that, after their birth, I would be there for them and focused on our little family.
Our adventure is merely at the starting point, and quite a few difficulties are still to come; however, for now, we are making the most of each moment we have with our two precious babies. Georgie & Marley, I don’t know how to tell you how much you have come to mean to us. Fight on, boys. We, your parents, love you beyond your imagination.”
Holly and Aaron began their relationship in 2025. Holly has two daughters: Daisy, aged 12, and Dec., aged 16, from a previous relationship. Aaron also, meanwhile, has three children.

Back in 2024, while on MAFS, Holly was a match to a bridegroom who stirred controversy, Alex Henry. Initially, their relationship was quite smooth as they met each other at the altar and both said they were happy about the match.
But gradually, problems came up between the two of them during the process, Alex admitting to the camera that his ideal bride is a woman childless, and also he made references that he would not mind swapping wives, which are all things he admitted he does not find very upsetting, and besides, there were a few major arguments.
The culmination came close towards the end of the trial when, during a very stressful commitment ceremony, Holly ended up leaving the program in a rage. She gathered all her belongings and decided not to come back.
Not much after they parted ways with the show, the pair got back together for a moment and were spotted kissing in Manchester. Unluckily, their reunion was only brief.
