DJ Akademiks Rape Case: Rape and Defamation Case Filed Against Popular DJ!

DJ Akademiks has been accused of both sexual assault and slander as per the court documents that we were able to get, In July 2022, Fauziya Abashe accused DJ Akademiks, whose birth name was Livingston Allen, had sexually assaulting her at his residence in New Jersey. This accusation was made after she had been drugged and sexually assaulted by two of DJ Akademiks’ associates. In addition to suing him for slander, Abashe is also suing him for negligently inflicting mental distress.

She said that she had met Allen over social media the previous year and that they had a casual relationship. However, by July 2022, the two were not communicating with one another when he reached out to her, as stated in the application with the Superior Court of New Jersey. His two companions, who are referred to as John Does 1 and 2 in the complaint, had a conversation with her upon their arrival, and then they followed her to Allen’s hot tub.

Abashe said that the two companions had provided her with alcohol, which caused her to experience feelings of “extreme lightheadedness and dizziness.” The next step, according to the allegations, was for John Doe 1 to become “very handsy as he aggressively made sexual advances toward her” before pushing her into the pool that was adjacent. According to her, John Doe 1 sexually assaulted her when she was attempting to get out of the water. She “has memories of fighting off her attackers but feeling extremely weak,” according to the lawsuit that she filed.

After Abashe had been in and out of consciousness for the duration of the evening, the guys reportedly gang-raped her on Allen’s pool deck. Abashe passed out many times during this time. At about four in the morning, she said that she awoke in bed with Allen, under the impression that he was “brutally raping” her.

Abashe was not aware of the sexual assaults, and she did not find out about them until the next morning when Allen showed her surveillance tape of her being sexually abused. Following the assaults, Abashe informed the authorities about them, and the police proceeded to run a rape kit on her, which “evidenced that Ms. Abashe had been sexually assaulted.”

In a public statement, he said that Abashe “voluntarily [had] an orgy with his friends at his home while maintaining that he never participated in any way.”
