It is believed that he passed away due to a heatstroke caused by a vehicle. On June 12, the temperature peaked at 109 degrees in the area where he was traveling in Arizona. The news agency also said that his assistance dog, Hans, was discovered dead inside the car of the deceased individual.

At this time, the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office has informed ABC7 Los Angeles that the cause of death of the deceased individual is still unknown.

His elder sister, Rebecca Hertzberg-Pfaffinger, disclosed to TMZ that Gregory struggled with melancholy, bipolar illness, and a sleep problem that caused him to remain awake for up to several days at a time.

Over the course of 101 episodes of American Legends from 1986 to 1990, the late actor became famous for his role as Brian Tanner. The story follows the character of the title, whose name is really Gordon Shumway after he crashes into the garage of the suburban house that belonged to the Tanner family. The acronym “Alien Life Form” is actually the name of the character. It was puppeteer Paul Fusco, who, together with Tom Patchett, was responsible for the series’s creation, who was the mastermind behind the memorable performance.

Warner Bros. said in 2018 that it was in the first stages of developing a relaunch for the franchise. Later on in the same year, however, the plans were scrapped since it was not possible to locate a suitable location for the project. Shout! Factory announced in February that it has purchased the rights to ALF and will be moving forward with the creation of new material linked to the franchise.
