John Luke and Mary Kate Robertson, parents to John, 5, Ella, 4, and Wells, 2, took to Instagram on Oct. 4 with a joint post to announce that they were expecting twins. “More excited than ever to let you all know that next year early we will be welcoming not one but TWO new members to our family!!!” the couple wrote, describing the news as “the most wonderful, unbelievable surprise blessing of our lives.”

Daughter of Phil from a secret 1970s scandal that DNA has now definitively showed and the Robertson family who received her with a lot of warmth welcomed her.
In 2020, Phil learned that he was the father of a girl called Phyllis Thomas, a child that he had with an offhand relationship in the 1970s after Al received a letter suggesting such a possibility. To ensure the connection, the family arranged a DNA test, which gave the green light, and Phyllis received an embrace from the Robertsons. Korie Robertson told E! News in 2023 that Kay was right there at Phyllis’s disposal when she arrived and she became part of the family in no time.
