Colleen Hoover Provides Update on Her Cancer Treatment
Colleen Hoover, the bestselling author of the novel It Ends With Us, has made a recent revelation about her health status. She is almost finished with her radiation therapy.
She used her Instagram Stories on Jan. 12 to announce, “I’m on my second to last day of radiation. I kind of wish I could say that it’s Texas Oncology’s fault for my hair and face, but actually they have been very kind. In case you ever have to go there, I’m sure you won’t, but I definitely highly recommend them.”
The latest update is consistent with the one she gave earlier when she was revealing her cancer diagnosis, sharing information about her cancer type and the treatment.

Colleen Hoover Posts Genetic Test Results and Honest Thoughts on Her Fight with Cancer
Colleen Hoover disclosed through a Facebook post on January 9 that cancer in her case is not related to family genes, HPV, or hormone imbalance. According to her, it is most probably a result of environmental and lifestyle factors such as lack of physical activity, unhealthy eating, and stress.
“I love life and I’m grateful to be alive but the truth is, I really don’t like veggies. I hate being told that I should get off the couch. Sweating is the last thing I want to do,” Hoover expressed. “Science proves to be right every time and it’s just something I can’t stand. If by any chance you see me at the gym, just keep it to yourself, don’t even say ‘good job’. And in case you find me in a restaurant having grilled chicken with water, you can be pretty sure I’m upset.”

She urged the fans to share the moments when they watch the movie and she said, “Through your experiences I’ll be able to live vicariously. Really sorry that I have to miss this movie going and premiere but I am still very thankful to the actors and the team that have worked on this.”
