Camila Cabello Supports Fifth Harmony’s Reunion
The singer cheered her ex-bandmates after their surprise Jonas Brothers concert appearance.
Camila Cabello could not have made a kinder comment to her ex-Fifth Harmony bandmates—Normani, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, and Dinah Jane—when they reunited without her during the Jonas Brothers’ August 31 concert in Dallas.
Cabello, the Señorita singer, did not show any resistance to the four girls taking the stage together for the first time in seven years as they let the wind of their reunion tour down with a surprise performance of their 2015 hit Worth It. In matching black outfits, Fifth Harmony gave a nostalgic moment that was packed with their signature choreography and had the audience standing up in return.
The band posted on Instagram a video of the reunion with the caption: “Where were you on August 31, 2025? Thanks a lot @jonasbrothers for the invitation. It felt great to be back.”
Cabello was very quick to come and give her support with a comment on the post, which included a number of heart emojis and a quote to her old band:” So proud of you girls!! Great to see you back on stage together.”

Camila’s Genuine Emotional Support for Her Ex-Bandmates
On top of that, Camila, who with the rest of the members formed the group and subsequently decided to continue with her solo career in 2016, not only welcomed the decision of the reunification of the band but also sent them a beautiful message of support. One of the most powerful acts of love that Camila did was very small. The Havana-born singer just put four love emojis right under Fifth Harmony’s Instagram post, which is a very cute and very low-key way to show her solidarity to Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah.
This unexpected performance may not have been what fans expected; however, the concept of a reunion was not completely new. A comeback is one of the many rumors that have been circulating about Fifth Harmony who officially put an end to their hiatus two years after Camila’s departure. In March, Dinah made a comment that suggested the possibility of the group getting back together, which led to a lot of speculation that this kind of moment might eventually happen. Now, thanks to their impressive cameo at the Jonas Brothers concert, the audience is left wondering if this reunion is just the start.
Fifth Harmony’s Legacy and Camila’s Past Exit
“I love that our fans can remember such great times and I love that we are getting the credit again,” Dinah Jane said to Billboard at the time. “Our music was very influential during that period and I feel like it was somewhat ignored, to be honest. So now that it is coming back again by itself it is just a confirmation that our music is the one that talks.”
Next, we have information about Camila. The artist of Never Be the Same has not stated the reason of her denial to be part of the reunion. On the other hand, she was always very clear about her choice of quitting the group in 2016 and stating that she was exhausted with the sharing of her creative side with the band and that she wanted to be a new person outside of the band.

Why Camila Chose to Go Solo
Camila Cabello disclosed that the primary cause of her exit from Fifth Harmony was simply a change of her creative taste. She stated on the Call Her Daddy podcast in March, “I turned my passion into writing. At the beginning, I thought I might write for other people, but it soon became one of the ‘No, actually, these songs are mine and I want to sing them.’”
She further said that as her work and life become different from those of the band members, she felt the least desire to be with them. “I began to distance myself from the concept of the group and, to be honest, it looked to me as if they were all very enthusiastic and extremely involved,” she stated. “So I was like, ‘I am not happy here anymore, it doesn’t seem like it fits with my line of work.'”
