I have always been a person with a lot of energy,” Babs told.
She recognizes the importance of self-care at a very young age and states, “If you are not taking care of yourself in your 20s, it can come back to you when you are older. You have been given this wonderful gift which is your body. Take as good care of it as you ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌can.”
