Stacey Rusch Hints at “Shocking” Legal Updates about Wendy Osefo at RHOP Reunion
Stacey Rusch is teasing fans a little about what the Real Housewives of Potomac reunion is going to look like.
During an exclusive chat with People magazine, Rusch talked about her season two and the arrest of her co-star Wendy Osefo on October on fraud charges that brought a lot of drama. Rusch also mentioned that Osefo is going to the Season 10 reunion to talk about what happened.
“We’re friends and we talk all the time,” Rusch explained. “I just really wanted to be there for her, and I think that it will be really nice for a lot of people to hear from her about what happened to her. I think it’s going to be very, very interesting to watch.”
The businesswoman also said that although the facts are “shocking,” she loves Osefo’s fight spirit. “I think it’s really great that even after everything, she keeps on standing and is strong in her faith,” Rusch explained. “Honestly, as a friend, I really want to be there for her and support her.”

Stacey Rusch describes Season 10 of the Real Housewives of Potomac as an “nonsense, wild ride,” and she is looking forward to moving on now that filming is over.
“It’s like a big big sigh of relief, and I can’t wait for new chapters,” she told People magazine.
Her statement comes when the trouble with the law of the castmate, Wendy Osefo, is still the major issue getting the fans talking at the reunion. Wendy and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested and brought in for booking at Westminster, Maryland, on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025. The couple was later confirmed by the police to face a total of 16 charges, among which 7 are felonies related to the alleged “false/misleading info fraud” that is said to have exceeded $300.
It is said that the Osefos told the police that designer bags and jewelry were stolen from their bedroom during the alleged burglary in Jamaica in April 2024. In addition, the police also claimed that Wendy was later spotted wearing one of the allegedly stolen diamond rings in a social media post.

Law enforcement officials are said to have discovered the fact that besides other items which the couple, Wendy and Eddie Osefo, had reported as stolen and were in actual fact bought and then returned to the stores, “where a full refund was given before the alleged burglary”.
Meanwhile, the couple was also accused by the prosecutors of using a fake loss of personal property of $450,000 for an insurance claim according to the papers TMZ got hold of.
In late October, Wendy took to Instagram to post a photo of her in a black-and-white gown. “Through everything, GOD is still faithful,” she wrote, thanking those who have shown “love, support and prayers” for her and her family, and at the same time, she urged people to watch RHOP.
At BravoCon 2025 in November, Wendy was present publicly for the first time after the arrest and together with her Real Housewives of Potomac castmates, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Tia Glover, Angel Massie, Monique Samuels, Keiarna Stewart, and Stacey Rusch.

Wendy Osefo spoke about the legal issue she has recently been involved in and referred to it as an “unfortunate situation” during her panel at BravoCon 2025. She also thanked fans for their kind and supportive messages. “At the moment, I am not able to disclose a lot of information, but I promise that when the time will be right,” she mentioned, “I will reveal my story to everyone. Right now, however, they are only allegations. So we will just keep moving forward.”
Additionally, Osefo shared that she was deeply touched by the support her Real Housewives of Potomac castmates gave her during the time of trouble. For instance, she said that Stacey Rusch and Monique Samuels were some of the very first people to reach out, and she also appreciated Tia Glover and Gizelle Bryant for their concern of her and her family.

“Just the support I got from my cast members as well as our production team and Bravo has really meant a lot to me,” Wendy wrapped up. “I am just so filled with love. Thank you very much.”
However, in the Season 10 RHOP reunion trailer, the ladies seem to be doubting Wendy’s attitude during her time in court, which breaks her down and she eventually cries on stage.
