Rapper Offset Gets Shot Near Casino in Florida Minutes After Taking Pictures with Fans

Rapper offset, who was near Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, was in stable condition and getting medical treatment after the incident

After the rapper Offset has gone for smiling and posing for the camera with the fans at the casino, he was reportedly shot in Florida on a Monday.

A spokesperson of Offset told Page Six that the rapper has been admitted to hospital, is in a stable condition and is under monitoring. TMZ was the first one who revealed that the gunshot took place at the vicinity of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Rapper Offset Hospitalized After Shooting at Florida Casino Valet

Migos rapper Offset was shot Monday evening near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, only a few seconds after he, with other fans, had a little chat. A spokesperson went as far as to say the 34-year-old is doing well at the Memorial Regional Hospital and is being constantly watched by the medical staff.

Seminole County police announced that the shooting took place at the casino’s valet area a little after 7 p.m. Police were on the scene without delay, limited the area, and took two persons into custody who are believed to be involved with the incident. Although the investigation is still going on, the authorities have reassured people that the location is safe and that there is no additional threat to the community.

Shooter’s Identity and Motive Still Unknown After Offset Gets Shot Near Florida Casino

The identity and motive of the individual who opened fire on rapper Offset are still unknown. TMZ reported that shortly before the shooting, Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was at the Seminole Hard Rock’s valet area talking and taking pictures with fans, looking calm and friendly.

This shooting came after the tragic death of Offset’s fellow band member Takeoff (Kirsnick Khari Ball), who was shot dead in November 2022 after a fight at a bowling alley over a dice game.

A source informed Page Six that the main reason for the separation was that they drifted apart, the source added that Cardi B was the one to initiate the divorce.
