Jessica‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Alba and Cash Warren Finalize Divorce Through Multimillion-Dollar Settlement

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have gone through the divorce process and are now legally divorced two years after they separated. The couple, who got married in 2008, agreed that none of them will have to pay spousal support, as detailed in the court papers signed by Warren and acquired by TMZ.
Alba is going to pay Warren $3 million to keep everything fair between them regarding their shared belongings. This sum will be divided into two payments of $1.5 million—one right away and the other one a year later.
They have three children together: two girls, Honor Marie (17) and Haven Garner (14), and a boy, Hayes Alba (8). The couple separated for the first time in 2024. Alba took the step of legally divorcing in January 2025 after being married for 16 years and having known each other for two decades. At that moment, she revealed on Instagram that the choice was the result of a long walk through “self-realization and transformation,” and that it was time for both of them to “start a new chapter of growth and evolution as ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌individuals.”

They‍‌‍‍‌‍ Focus on Their Kids While Still Divorcing; Alba Starts Dating Again

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, last Tuesday, made it clear that their kids are the most important thing in the world to them. She said, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our kids are still our main focus and we are asking for privacy at this time.”
According to a person close to the couple who spoke to People magazine, Alba and Warren have a very friendly relationship even though they are divorcing. They both put their kids first. The source added, “Whatever the situation is, it looks like they will stay very close. If they’re getting a divorce, it’s not to spoil each other with hatred or to step into drama. They still look happy at the moment. Jess a few times over the years has said that the spark is hard to keep.”
It was in 2004 on the Fantastic Four movie set in Vancouver that they fell in love. Alba was cast as Sue Storm, whereas Warren was a director’s assistant.
Both have found new lovers since separating. Alba currently has a boyfriend, actor Danny Ramirez, 33. The couple, who were rumored to be in a relationship in May 2025, were caught kissing in London’s Regent’s Park; soon after, photos showing them close at hand were taken outside Ramirez’s home in Los Angeles in July ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌2025.

Cash‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Warren linked to model Hana Sun Doerr after breaking up with Jessica Alba

According to the reports and follow-up photos, Cash Warren, the movie producer, along with the 25-year-old model, Hana Sun Doerr, were seen going out for dinner in Los Angeles in August 2025. Pictures obtained by Page Six revealed that the producer and the cover girl were dining out in the city of angels.
Not long before the summer, Warren gave his take on Jessica Alba’s new romance with actor Danny Ramirez to TMZ and said, “I’m happy for her.” When he was interrogated if he was also dating at that moment, he gave a sly smile and said, “No, let me know if you’ve got anybody.” The news about his recent date with Doerr indicates that he has come back to the dating ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌world.
