Forget Carpool Karaoke— James Corden is now making musical shorts!

On Tuesday evening, Ariana Grande teamed up with the late-night comedian James Corden and Marissa Jaret Winokur, for an epic parody of the award-winning musical Hairspray. Borrowing the catchy melody of “Good Morning Baltimore,” the trio celebrated the end of COVID-19 restrictions with their own uplifting tune!

Titled “No Lockdowns Anymore,” the video opens showing Corden emerging onto the streets of New York from his house two weeks after getting his vaccine while explaining that he woke up “feeling okay” for the first time in months. “Got the vaccine and it’s been two weeks,” he sings on the track. “There’s life in the streets!” Meanwhile Grande joins in to celebrate after getting her hair cut and reuniting with old friends.

For the uninitiated: Winokur took home the 2003 Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for her star-making role as Tracy Turnblad in the Broadway production of Hairspray. Grande, meanwhile, played Tracy’s BFF Penny Pingleton in NBC’s 2016 production Hairspray Live!

Watch the video below. Enjoy!
