One insider remarked, “They are not filming,” in reference to substantial issues in the cast member’s background. “They plan to wait & see. Currently they are off, until this is sorted ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌out.”

An official from the Draper City Police Department confirmed an ongoing domestic assault investigation involving Paul and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. “Allegations have been made in both directions,” the spokesperson said, adding that the involved parties were contacted on February 24th and 25th. No further details have been disclosed due to the investigation.

Another source familiar with the cast revealed to PEOPLE that the other MomTok members are distancing themselves from Paul following the incident. “None of the women want to be connected to her in any way,” the source explained.

Paul’s appearance on The Bachelorette will be broadcast on ABC this Sunday, March 22, but the show’s representative also refused to make any comments.
Taylor Frankie Paul, a Mormon Wives star and MomTok community founder, was again in police custody in 2023 connected to a domestic violence incident that she and Mortensen share a 1-year-old son, Ever. She was charged with misdemeanors, including assault, criminal mischief, and domestic violence in the presence of a child after allegedly throwing a chair that hit Mortensen’s daughter, CBS News reported. Paul revealed on Call Her Daddy that all of the charges were dropped.
This production halt occurs just a few days after Hulu premiered the very dramatic season 4 of Mormon Wives that featured the MomTok girls’ ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌tensions.
