Jill Zarin Mourns Mom Gloria Kamen at 91
Jill Zarin, who was on the reality TV show “Real Housewives of New York City”, posted online that her mom, Gloria Kamen, had been a very significant person in her life and had passed away at the age of 91.
Jill Zarin wrote that, “She was my best friend, my mentor and the most important person in my life” in a memorial Instagram post to her mom on Tuesday.. “You’re always welcome in our house and our family. We love you. It’s been a long time,” Jill said. To be sure, in her 68 years, she was the center of our family, married to my father, devoted to everything she stood for, and a relentless truth-teller in a world that craved her honesty, ” she described her mother.
Zarin, who is 62, called Kamen “the therapist for all” and “voice of reason”, and said, “She was a genuine OG housewife who raised fantastic women and made a difference for millions through her advice and warmth.”
She, the former Bravo star, added emotionally that the matriarch “left behind an unquantifiable legacy” but, nevertheless, assured that the latter’s “wisdom”, “strength” and “love” will live on in her grandchildren, “whom she absolutely loved.” The real estate queen concluded her message for fans by saying, “She will be missed very much and never forgotten”, before turning to her mother with a personal statement.
Jill Pays Emotional Tribute to Late Mother
“Thank you Mom, for everything that you have done for me and for giving me such a wonderful family, ” was the message she conveyed. “You married the most perfect husband to ever exist in someone like me and always were accurate regardless it took me a long way to realize it.”
Zarin showed a few pictures of Gloria on various occasions; one of them is with her husband, Sol. Besides Zarin, the couple had a daughter as well, named Lisa Wexler.
A whole bunch of celebrities, as well as fans, ran to the comment section to let their sorrow be known. Ally Shapiro, Zarin’s other daughter, commented, “There will never be another Gloria. I will always love you so much.”

In addition to being an author, she was a published writer and she released in 2010 book “Secrets of a Jewish Mother, ” the book was cowritten with her daughters, which contains very honest and personal advice, stories and expressions of love.
